Hospital Hill

My father took these years ago (mid to late 90's, I believe). One of my favorite buildings in Ajo. Years later we were able to take interior photos. I wish I could have done that again. I plan to post those pictures soon. Meanwhile, here is New Cornelia Hospital.

Class Time

While going through some old photos, I came across these two. Taken from one of my many trips inside the Ajo Elementary (Curley) School. These are from a 2nd grade classroom. 2000 or '01, I believe.

nineteen ninety four

I took these photos in 1994 during one of my trips home from college. I don't think the playground equipment in photo 2 is there anymore (behind the 2 grade area), and the bottom photo was taken on the field across from the elementary school entrance. I can't remember what the field is called. Click on the photos for a larger image.

Intro

Born and raised, I love Ajo and would like to use this blog to post information and photos about my favorite little (former) mining town of the Southwest.
I'll be uploading photos from family and friends if they wish, older photos I took years ago, and posting new ones from recent visits (and if I can get my FATHER TO SEND ME MORE PHOTOS).
